PC&C will schedule a date to start construction, the estimated length of the project (weather and schedule permitting), and a completion date.
Concrete has to be given a defined space to "stay in place". Conventional, and all too common, forms limit the imagination with straight lines and angles. PC&C can form your final project to any dimension and with as many arcs, curves, and advanced features should you desire. We utilize the industries latest form molds to complement the varieties of concrete we use. If the pad or concrete pour requires reBar reinforcement, we'll tie everything together in a grid of mild steel rods to prevent cracking and deflection spalling. This not only makes the concrete project stronger, but guarantees a structural integrity far beyond that of standard fiber reinforcements (glass fiber added to the concrete mixture to act as a structural tie).
Depending on the size and concrete volume necessary to complete your project, several different methods, of concrete delivery, are available.
A majority of the situations will require a cement mixing vehicle which will provide the option to pour the concrete into a "wheelbarrow" or pump the ready-mix through a wide hose to the project area. If a colored concrete is being used, it can be arranged to have to color added at the concrete plant before arrival.
With projects of lesser size, It may be as simple as creating the concrete, including pigments and additives on site.
